Chicago/Houston International Quilt Festival
Here are a few of the pictoral quilts that really blobbed my nob tab. The top one on the right with the yellow flowers is by Ruth Powers I think she is the one who won viewers choice for her 3 robins quilt. Great Stuff!!!
wow. sooooo cool, and I especially love thet bottom one. Oh, and I need to get in touch with you - remember the quilt top image I posted? I think I'll do hand quilting on a later project, and I would like to have you quilt it for me. It's red/yellow/orange/pink, and is a windmill pattern. I'd like a swirly spiral pattern of stitches on it. Are you pretty backed up on projects now? I'll email you soon. Oh, and will you be at the Houston quilt show this fall?
I love connecting with other creative people!I am a Sales Rep for APQS Long-Arm Quilting Machines as well as run a Quilting Business which enables me to help people finish their quilt tops.My primary focus is fiber and I enjoy all aspects of it.Quilt history and Art quilts are another interest of mine along with collecting antique and vintage quilt parts.I live with 4 cats, 3 dogs,8 chickens and my Husband who is a Godzilla/gamer/Theater geek.We live on a small farm and enjoy riding our motorcycles as much as we can in the warmer months......even though we should be mowing or gardening!

I love this house at the bottom. How amazing. I love patchwork quilting, but mine are nothing like these.
